Orisa Osun is a revered deity (Orisa) of the Yoruba spiritual tradition of West Africa, especially among the Yoruba people of present-day southwestern Nigeria and Benin. She is the Orisa of fresh waters (rivers and streams), love, beauty, fertility, abundance, diplomacy, sensuality, and spiritual sweetness, as well as a powerful force of justice and protection for women and children.
